The property at Buena Vista Valley is located 20 miles south of I-80 at Mill City, Nevada. This is 39 acres set in the middle of the beautiful Buena Vista valley. It is a quiet, peaceful valley surrounded by the Humboldt Range on the west side and the East Range on the other side.

There are many alfalfa farms and ranches in this area which makes it the perfect setting for a small horse or cattle ranch.

Mill City is right between Lovelock, NV and Winnemucca, NV. Lovelock is a small town that has everything you need from schools and a hospital to hardware and grocery stores. Winnemucca is a larger town that has everything you can find in Locelock and more! It even has a Wal-Mart Superstore for all your shopping needs.

The Humboldt river runs into Rye Patch Reservoir just a few miles from Mill City and is great for fishing, canoeing, etc.
