Refund Policy:
If L Bar has not received the agreement properly signed within 10 days of mailing the agreement to you, and we have not made other arrangements with you to extend the 10 day period, the property will be placed back in an available for purchase status and will be sold without further notice to you. Your deposit will be held for refund to you pending the following:
1. Receipt of a written request to cancel your reservation, and
2. Upon receipt of a written release of interest in the reserved parcel.
Any written communication from you stating the above requirements will be sufficient for purposes of a refund.
Please contact our office using the 'contact us' page to request a refund form should you need one.
Refunds are offered for up to 30 days from receipt unless other arrangements are made in writing.
